itSMF USA is an active BUiLT partner providing membership and training discounts to BUiLT members. Service Management remains a vibrant and ready discipline for Black professionals to get into tech. Professions in service management include technical support, infrastructure change management, and cybersecurity.
In 2021, Minneapolis-based Target Corporation provided instructor-led 40 hour boot camp training and certification vouchers to six BUiLT members to obtain their CISSP cybersecurity certifications.
(ISC)2 is an active BUiLT partner providing professional networking, scholarships, and training vouchers. (ISC)2 is committed to increasing the Black and Brown representation in the cybersecurity industry. Together, BUiLT and (ISC)2 are developing guides and toolkits on how to get into the lucrative field of cybersecurity.
Twin Cities based technology company Sezzle polled its entire company and committed 27 employees and legal support to launch Blacks United in Leading Technology’s mentor program in 2020.
Boston based technology company Kronos and Ultimate selected Blacks United in Leading Technology International as their sole donation charity for their 2020 Technology Symposium.
