BUiLT is a public 501(c)3 nonprofit, and as such, we have a calling to educate the public. BUiLT is backed by corporate sponsors who insist on doing business with reputable social partners. With our dues structure, all our constituents buy-into and agree to Canons, a Code of Ethic, and to Bylaws.
Members have rights to vote on important business issues, they have access to financial information, and most importantly, their personal investments and the relationships they’ve created in BUiLT are protected and may not be taken away without due process. Our membership dues, sponsorships and donations help serve our local Chapters and contribute to the conversation to end racial injustice in tech.
