About the BUiLT REIT Program

Mentors make all the DIFFERENCE

A good mentor listens, but also gives their own opinion. They do not dictate, but rather advise. They are available to the mentee for support and as a resource. Mentors listen and act as a guide for the mentee, suggesting possible courses of action and helping them think through and act on concerns.

We are seeking mentors in many business area topics:
- Dealing with workplace bias
- Working with tough bosses
- Getting a new boss
- Succeeding through team dynamics
