In addition to being BUiLT's, Executive Director, Dawn is a purpose-driven entrepreneur. She is the Founder and Editor of The Builder's Edit and creator of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ). Her work helps reframe how women’s leadership is recognized and rewarded, offering belief-neutral language, narrative frameworks, and practical tools that reduce bias and strengthen leadership credibility in transforming workplaces.

Byron is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving product innovation and digital transformation at Fortune 500 companies, spanning industries from Automotive to Semiconductors to FinTech. He brings deep expertise in agile, product, tech, and inclusive leadership—blending business acumen with a passion for community impact.

Peter is a technology business executive. He worked in tech leadership roles in corporate America for 20 years before founding and leading Netwatch Solutions, an enterprise software company, for 20 years. Peter has an BSEE from UT Austin and an MBA in technology management. Peter founded BUiLT in 2020.
