BUiLT REIT graduates demonstrate to employers that they am BUiLT right for continued employability. Graduates do this by adapting to a continuous learning, training, mentorship, and certification lifestyle.
Graduates receive a distinctive insignia, an on-line verifiable certification, and introductions to employer partners.
The certification is good for two years, with the expectation that program graduates re-certify annually.
Participant Guidelines
Participants must:
Attend the launch virtual session on October 22, 2024, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
Agree to report their employment status for two years after graduation.
Join BUiLT as a dues-paying member or apply for hardship consideration.
Attend at least two mentorship sessions.

Complete at least two personal, leadership, or business development learning tracks.
Complete at least two technical training or certification learning tracks.
